MHz Networks is always looking for fresh, innovative culturally-relevant programming by local, independent producers to air on our flagship channel, MHz Worldview.
Independent produced programming for air on MHz Networks should be international and globally relevant, community-based, informing, entertaining and thought-provoking. MHz Networks encourages producers meeting production requirements to complete our application process.

Please do not send master video copies, as they cannot be returned. Programs are evaluated on technical merit, content, community need and previous production experience. Many people apply for the limited airtime on MHz Networks. Application is competitive. MHz Networks looks for unique programs that we currently do not feature. Application processes and review generally take 2 to 3 months and MHz Networks contact applicants once the process is complete.

Music Video
Strictly Global, MHz Worldview's international music show is always searching for new content on-point with the world music scene, that dually supports the MHz Networks mission of promoting intercultural understanding through intelligent programming and outreach. SG's content has originated from world record labels, unsigned artists and more to bring world music to MHz Worldview viewers.
Strictly Global airs each Friday night in MHz Worldview prime time, at 8 and 11 pm EST. Featured artists on Strictly Global receive broad national distribution potential, both on-air and online.
SG brings together a whole new audience of enthusiastic music lovers looking for the opportunity to connect with fresh music. The show also allows these dynamic acts to foster connection with an equally diverse audience.

Independent Live Music
Strictly Global’s insert magazine, Nextwave, is looking for talented bands, singers and musicians who tell the stories seldom heard in America. If your music represents your culture, your history or your unique perspective- we want to hear it. Nextwave artists represent their culture in the unique voice given to their generation. Language is no barrier; music is the international voice of all...so let yours be heard.
Strictly Global wants music videos or footage of you or your band performing and telling us who you are and what makes you a Nextwave artist. Footage of Nextwave artists is featured between music videos during Strictly Global, as well as online. Please note, this is not a competition.
For consideration, please submit the following:
A video including an introduction of yourself/band, combined with performance of 1-2 of your original songs or your original music video. Please submit the video, created with a digital or beta video camera, on Beta tape, DV, MiniDV or DVD copy of your footage.
Sample questions for your mini interview:
1) Who are you? 2) Where are you from? 3) What makes you a Nextwave artist? 4) What drives your music? Or, What’s your music about? 5) What is your unique position/perspective/place in the global society?
